Return and Exchange Policy for Discount Gaming

At Discount Gaming, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure that your shopping experience is a positive one.
Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Physical Items (Games, Accessories, Consoles, etc.):
- We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unopened, and non-damaged products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including any seals or shrink-wrap.
- If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we will accept returns or exchanges regardless of whether the product has been opened or used.
- Digital Products (Game Codes, DLC, etc.):
- Unfortunately, digital products (game codes, downloadable content, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been activated or downloaded due to the nature of the product.
- However, if there is an issue with the code or download, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us:
Reach out to our customer service team at discountgaming2025@gmail.com or 1877-78-GAMING within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. - Return Authorization:
Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. - Package the Item:
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if available) to prevent damage during return shipping. Include the RMA number inside the package. - Return Shipping:
For returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 in value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items:
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label. - Buyer’s Remorse or Unopened Items:
If you are returning an item because you no longer want it (within the return window), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the exchange item is of greater value, you will be charged the difference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Digital products (game codes, downloadable content)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Opened software, unless defective
- Gift cards
- Brand new Sealed packages that have been unwrapped
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no additional cost.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, our regular return and exchange policy applies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
